Palouse Community Fitness Center
The Palouse Community Fitness Center is the Palouse School physical education room. There are fitness equipment and space available to the public for physical activity before 8:00am and after 4:00pm. Our community is fortunate to have this facility and resource available for use. Many community members have already taken the opportunity to use the facility for weight lifting and other exercise.
To begin using the fitness center you will need to complete a facility use/liability form after which you will be provided a door access code. Forms are available to submit at the Palouse School office or click here. If you need more information please visit the Palouse School at 600 E. Alder Street, or call or email Shyra Hallan, school secretary, at 509-878-1921 or shallan@garpal.net
Also, an adult fitness program, SAIL, is being taught by Holli Parrish, physical therapist at Summit Therapy and Health Services. SAIL is a strength, balance, and fitness program for adults 65 years and older. Please contact Holli Parrish to register for the SAIL classes at holli.parrish@pullmanregional.org or 509-432-4082.
